นโยบายการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA Privacy Policy)

• ข้อมูลการจัดส่ง: ที่อยู่ในการนำจ่ายพัสดุสำหรับบริการเก็บเงินปลายทาง (COD)
• ข้อมูลการนัดหมายและการตรวจสายตา: ค่าสายตาจากการตรวจวัด (เฉพาะเมื่อท่านเข้ารับบริการที่สตูดิโอ)
• ข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิค: ไอพีแอดเดรส (IP Address), ข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์ และคุกกี้ที่จำเป็นต่อระบบความปลอดภัย

2. ฐานทางกฎหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผลข้อมูล

เราประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านภายใต้ฐานกฎหมายดังต่อไปนี้:

• ฐานสัญญา (Contractual Obligation): เพื่อดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อพัสดุ การจัดส่งสินค้าแบบเก็บเงินปลายทาง และการยืนยันเวลานัดหมายตรวจวัดสายตา
• ฐานความยินยอม (Consent): เพื่อการจัดเก็บข้อมูลการประเมินตาแห้งออนไลน์ และการตอบข้อซักถามผ่านระบบติดต่อ
• ฐานประโยชน์อันชอบธรรม (Legitimate Interest): เพื่อการปรับปรุงเสถียรภาพและความปลอดภัยของระบบเว็บไซต์

3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลภายนอก

เราไม่มีนโยบายการจำหน่าย แลกเปลี่ยน หรือส่งต่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกเพื่อการโฆษณา ข้อมูลของท่านจะถูกส่งต่อเฉพาะผู้ให้บริการขนส่งที่ได้รับอนุญาตในประเทศไทย (เช่น Kerry Express, ไปรษณีย์ไทย) เฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการนำส่งพัสดุเท่านั้น

4. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Data Subject Rights)

ตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ท่านมีสิทธิดังนี้:

• สิทธิในการเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
• สิทธิในการขอแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้ถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน
• สิทธิในการขอลบหรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Right to be Forgotten)
• สิทธิในการระงับการใช้หรือคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
• สิทธิในการเพิกถอนความยินยอมได้ตลอดเวลา

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data. Disclosures are strictly limited to verified licensed logistics couriers within Thailand (e.g. Kerry Express, Thailand Post) solely for dispatch verification.
